Coombe Farm Tribute Series Chardonnay draws from select cool climate blocks known for producing fruit with vibrant yet finessed flavours. It is the winery's finest Yarra Valley Chardonnay.

The grapes are handpicked and whole bunch pressed. After settling, the juice is racked to a mix of new and seasoned French oak barrels for fermentation. There is typically no malolactic fermentation.

After maturing for 10 months, the best barrels are hand selected for blending.

Straw yellow, Coombe Farm Tribute Series Chardonnay is taut yet delicate, with stone fruit and zesty citrus flavours balanced by creamy acidity. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
